  • Sotogrande Costa, the original lowland section, gathers the largest plots and the most established villas, often on streets named after Iberian rivers. Sotogrande Alto rises into the hills around Valderrama and offers cooler air and longer views. La Reserva, the newest expansion, holds the resort's contemporary villas and the private beach club. The marina district adds a Mediterranean port-town texture without the bustle of Banús.
  • Prices here move slower than Marbella's but on a similar curve. Villas range from €2M for renovation projects to €25M+ for La Reserva's contemporary builds.
