Golden Hills, New Golden Mile
Golden Hills is a boutique residential development in El Paraíso, one of the most established areas on the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona.
The project offers a limited collection of duplex apartments and duplex penthouses with three, four and five bedrooms. Current availability ranges from approximately 195 m² to 306 m², with prices from €799,000 to €1,200,000. A large part of the development has already been sold, leaving only a limited selection of residences available.
These are not standard apartments with a small terrace and a shared pool. Golden Hills is designed for buyers who want the space and privacy of a townhouse, combined with the comfort, security and facilities of a gated resort style community.
The homes are bright, contemporary and generously laid out, with open plan living areas, large terraces and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. Ground floor residences include private swimming pools, while penthouses feature rooftop jacuzzis and expansive solarium spaces.
The community includes landscaped gardens, a communal swimming pool, indoor spa pool, gym, concierge service, co working facilities, 24 hour security, underground parking and storage rooms.
Location is one of the key strengths of Golden Hills. Atalaya Golf is less than one kilometre away, while Puerto Banús, Marbella, Estepona and San Pedro de Alcántara are all within easy reach. International schools, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and shopping facilities are located nearby, making this an excellent option as a permanent residence, holiday home or investment property.

The Garden of the Costa del Sol
Estepona has held onto what much of the coast has lost: a working old town, a real fishing port, and a sense of pace set by neighbours rather than visitors. It is also one of the fastest growing areas on the coast within the housing market. Over the past decade the municipality has planted more than 25,000 trees, painted over fifty large-scale murals onto the old quarter's walls, and rebuilt a 23-kilometre seafront promenade that now runs almost unbroken from Guadalmansa to the marina. The result is the only town on the western Costa del Sol that still feels like an Andalusian pueblo at its core, with a contemporary residential belt growing quietly around it.
